Rate sheet
Rates for visits and briefs
Fees are for people on the yard and for the sheets we draw afterwards. There is no monthly login. There is no cheaper “starter” visit that skips the gate.
What moves a quote
- Distance from Tbilisi, especially Poti, Batumi, and the Sarpi approach
- Number of active bays and extra buildings
- A night shift drawn as a second day
- Georgian-language sheets
- Hazardous cargo rules that forbid photography (notes still work; the day runs longer)
How payment runs
A 30 percent deposit holds a date. The rest is due when the brief is delivered. Bank transfer in GEL is the ordinary method. We send a simple invoice from the Chavchavadze desk. Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows are described on the refund notice.
If you are unsure which visit you need, write anyway. We would rather name a queue review than sell a full assessment to a gate that only jams before breakfast.
Supply chain monitoring assessment
Single-shift survey, Tbilisi yard, up to four active bays, English brief. Night window or extra building quoted separately.
From 1,850 GEL
Queue congestion review
Morning appointment window at the gate and receiving bays. Travel outside Tbilisi added at cost.
From 720 GEL
Cargo stream mapping
Quoted from the number of nodes — bays, rooms, cages, mezzanines — after you send a rough count.
On request
Recurring monitoring brief
Offered only after a first assessment. Cycle and travel are already known, so the retainer is a plain monthly figure.
