Privacy notice

This notice describes how Queuestreambase Analytics handles personal details when you use queuestreambase.digital or commission a visit. What we collect

From the public form: name, email, the assessment you have in mind, an optional visit date, the yard or corridor you name, and your message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From the browser: the cookie choice stored under the key described in the cookie notice. We do not ask for passport numbers, payment cards, or cargo values on this site.

Why we hold it

To answer a request for a visit, to schedule a day on a yard, to send a brief, and to invoice. We do not sell lists. We do not use your message to train a product.

Retention

Enquiry notes that do not become a visit are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Contracts, invoices, and briefs for a paid visit are kept for seven years, which is the ordinary Georgian accounting window we follow. Cookie choice lives in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal need to keep it. Write to info@queuestreambase.digital. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

International transfers

Our desk is in Tbilisi. Email and hosting may pass through processors outside Georgia. We use them only to carry mail and to serve this site. If a processor sits abroad, we still treat Georgian data-protection duties as the floor.

Hosts on a yard

A briefing may name first names of people who walked with us, because the night crew needs to know who said which lot was trusted. We do not publish those names on this website.
