Refunds, deposits, and missed visits

This notice applies to visits and briefs commissioned from Queuestreambase Analytics. We do not sell goods by post, software licences, or class tickets, so those refund models are not described here.

Eligibility

A refund may be due when we cancel a visit, when we cannot reach the yard through our own fault, or when a brief is not delivered after a visit that took place. A change of mind after we have already stood on the yard is not a full refund.

Timeframe

Ask in writing within fourteen days of the event you are complaining about — a cancelled date, a late brief, or a visit you believe was not the one agreed. Use info@queuestreambase.digital or +995 32 555 3250.

Full or partial refunds

• Full refund of sums paid if we cancel and cannot offer another date you accept, or if we never arrive.
• Partial refund if we complete the on-site hours but cannot finish the brief within the agreed window and you do not wish to wait. The on-site portion is then charged at the queue-review floor, and the rest returned.
• Deposit kept if you cancel inside five working days of the visit, or if we travel to a yard that will not admit us after a date was confirmed.

Non-refundable items

Travel already bought for a Poti, Batumi, or Sarpi visit, once tickets or a car are committed with your written date. Georgian-language extra sheets once drawing has started. A second building added on the day is billed, not refunded, if you asked us to walk it.

Process

Write with the date, the site, and the invoice number. We confirm what we hold. Refunds go back by the same bank transfer that paid us, in GEL, within ten working days of agreement.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may move a Tbilisi date once, with three working days’ notice, without a fresh deposit. A second move is treated as a cancellation of the deposit. Night windows are harder to move; ask as early as you can.

No-shows

If we arrive at the agreed gate and the host is not there, and nobody from your side answers the telephone, the deposit is forfeit. We will still try to wait an hour.

Work already started

Once we have copied the dock list and begun the walk, the visit is underway. You may stop us; the day is still charged. If drawing has started at the Chavchavadze desk, the brief fee is due even if you later decide not to pin the sheets.

Materials

We bring paper, pencils, and a board. We do not buy warehouse stock on your behalf. There is nothing to return except the brief itself, which remains yours.

Exceptions

Hazardous sites that turn us away at the gate after we disclosed our method in the booking are treated as a client cancellation. Sites that forbid photography were already quoted as notes-only; that is not a defect and not a refund.
