Freight trucks moving along an open road

Some yards do not need a map of the whole warehouse. They need someone to stand at the gate from five to nine and write down which appointments actually fit the concrete.

Who it is for

Inbound leads who already know the mess lives in the first appointment window. Typical hosts are grocery wholesalers on the Rustavi road and dry-goods sheds that book three trailers into one bay because the carrier asked politely.

What you receive

A queue strip: each trailer, its booked time, the time it actually took a bay, and the minutes it spent blocking the apron. We mark double-booked windows in ember pencil. The strip is one or two sheets. It is meant to sit on the clip board beside the dock schedule.

What we do not do

We do not walk the pick face. We do not reconcile the inventory base. If the problem is goods disappearing after they enter, commission cargo stream mapping instead.

How it runs

We arrive before the first slot, copy the list, and stay until the window you named is over or the apron is clear. You need a gate person who will tell us which truck is which. Photography of licence plates is optional and off by default.

Fee and next step

From 720 GEL inside Tbilisi. Out-of-town gates include travel. Write with the appointment window you want watched.
