Assessment
Recurring monitoring brief
After the first assessment, a thinner brief on a cycle you choose — so harvest weeks and port bunching do not erase the picture.
- Format Retained visits and short briefs
- Duration Half-day visits on an agreed cycle
- Where The same yard, unless a second site is added
- Fee basis Monthly retainer quoted after the first assessment
A first assessment is a still picture. Georgian corridors do not sit still. Wine and hazelnut weeks, Black Sea bunching, and the days around Orthodox holidays change the queue even when the building does not.
Who it is for
Yards that already have a Queuestreambase monitoring pack and want the queue strip and the inventory-base marks refreshed. We will not start a retainer on a site we have never walked.
What you receive
A shorter brief each cycle: updated queue strip, a note on any new dead pocket, and a fresh sample of lots against the inventory base. The original stream map is only redrawn if you move walls or bays.
Cycle
Common cycles are every two weeks through a harvest, or monthly through the rest of the year. We fix dates at the start of the quarter so your security list does not have to guess.
Fee
Quoted after the first assessment, because travel and bay count are already known. The retainer does not include a second building. Write once the first pack is in use.
