These terms govern use of the website at queuestreambase.digital and the commissioning of visits from Queuestreambase Analytics, a practice at Level 11, 46 Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi 0179, Georgia.

Acceptance

By reading this site or writing to the desk to request a visit, you accept these terms. If you are writing on behalf of a warehouse, carrier, or trading house, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

What we offer

We offer on-site supply chain monitoring visits and drawn briefs as described on the assessments and rates pages. Pages on this site are information, not a contract, until we confirm a date and a fee in writing. Rates may be quoted for a named yard and then differ from the published floor.

Intellectual property

Drawings, queue strips, stream maps, and field notes produced for a client belong to that client for use in their own yards. They may photocopy and pin them. They may not resell them as another practice’s work. The website text, masthead, and decorative treatment remain ours. You may not copy the site wholesale.

Liability

A briefing is a drawing of a shift we watched. It is not a guarantee of later weather, port bunching, or staff conduct. We are not your warehouse operator, customs broker, or insurer. To the extent Georgian law allows, our liability for a paid visit is limited to the fee paid for that visit. We are not liable for lost cargo, detention, demurrage, or missed sailings.

Site use

Do not misuse the public form, scrape the site in a way that burdens the host, or present our pages as your own. The contact form on this public build files a mock response only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date of the current text is 18 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the new text.
